Need roommate/renters!

30 04 2012

I’m looking for two people to move in to my house and stay for awhile.
Do you know anyone?
My one roommate is moving out in the end of May, and then I’m moving out in the end of July. If two friends want to move in at the end of May, we’ll make it work.

Please, please pass this along to anyone that you think might be interested. The one renter who is going to stay is a current Biola student, but either students of young professionals would be great.

Great house with brand new kitchen, landscaping, and updated features.
It’s about a 15 minute drive down Rosecrans Ave from Biola. Not far from LA, close to Disneyland, Fullerton, etc. The house is in Norwalk.

Looking for two women to share a room in the house (one room is already rented with one occupant). $375 each + some utilities (ends up being about $25/month for utilities).

Utilities (gas, electric, internet) not included, but all other utilities are included (trash, water, etc.).

There is a washing machine and dryer in the garage, and space to store things in the garage as well. Plenty of cabinet space in the house with a nice living room area for gatherings.

The living room may or may not be partially furnished (depending on the people moving in, and what the ones who are leaving will leave).

There are two spaces in the driveway for parking, and street parking is never a problem for the area.
The house is in a nice neighborhood in Norwalk close to schools and it’s a quiet area. Big back yard.

No inside animals (small pets (fish, bird, rat) are ok).

(P.s. Doesn’t it look so nice now with the grass and everything? hehe, just had to brag a little about my cute house šŸ™‚ )
